⚪ Day 7 – Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)

Crown Chakra - violet and white light at top of head

7th Chakra | Sahasrara (Thousand-Petalled Lotus)

  • Colour ~ Violet / White
  • Element ~ Thought / Consciousness
  • Location ~ Top of the head
  • Affirmation ~ I am | I trust life
  • Mantra ~ Silence or Om
  • Developmental Stage ~ Throughout life

On our final day, we connect with Sahasrara — the crown of the chakra system. It is the space of deep stillness, connection to something greater, and integration of all that we've learned. This chakra teaches us to trust — in life, in the unfolding, in ourselves. As you prepare to return home, this is your invitation to carry the spaciousness of this retreat with you.

💫 Menopause Connection

Sahasrara reminds us that menopause is not an ending — it is an initiation. A spiritual turning point. A call to honour the wisdom, strength, and insight you've earned. This stage of life invites us to step into our power, trust our intuition, and embrace the sacred transition we are moving through.

🥬 Menopause Nutrient Focus

Whole-body support is key. Focus on a rainbow of nutrients:

  • Magnesium – Supports sleep and reduces stress
  • Calcium – Essential for bone density
  • Protein – Maintains muscle strength
  • Omega-3s – Supports mental clarity and mood
  • Vitamin D – Vital for energy and emotional wellbeing

🧘‍♀️ Yoga Poses for Sahasrara / Crown Chakra

  • Meditation (Sukhasana or lying down) – Creates space for stillness
  • Seated Mountain – Spine long, hands in prayer at heart
  • Savasana with hands resting above head – Opens the crown
  • Candle gazing (Trataka) – Focuses the mind and invites clarity
  • Mindful silence – The most powerful practice of all

Integration, presence, and oneness.

  • What will I take with me from this retreat?
  • How has this experience shifted the way I see myself?
  • How can I remain connected to something greater than me — whether that's nature, community, or stillness?
  • What am I most grateful for about this week?
  • How can I keep showing up for myself after this retreat?

⚪ The crown chakra whispers: You are not lost. You are not broken. You are exactly where you need to be. Trust the unfolding.
