A retreat designed for women who want to feel like themselves again
Some come because they love yoga, some because they're curious, and many simply want a week where everything is taken care of — from nourishing meals to thoughtful, supportive movement. No pressure. No judgement. Just space to move, rest, laugh and reconnect.
✨ Only one room remains for June 2026
Coming on your own? You won't be the only one. Many women join the retreat solo, and it doesn't take long before it feels like you've known each other for years.
What & When
Feel-good yoga, freshly prepared brunch, open conversations about women's health, guided meditation, afternoons to yourself, and nourishing dinners in the evening.
6 Days | 7 Nights
Sunday 28 June - Sunday 5 July 2026
Mornings are calm, afternoons are yours
Stay in a spacious private villa in Chayofa, tucked into the hills just 15 minutes from Tenerife South Airport. Mornings are calm, afternoons are yours, and evenings settle into long dinners and quiet conversation. June in Tenerife brings warm temperatures (24–28°C).
✨ Approx. 10 hours of sunshine each day.
Me time. Every afternoon is yours. Swim in the pool, read in the shade, visit a local aloe vera farm, head out on a gentle walk, or simply do nothing at all. There’s no schedule, no pressure — just time to move at your own pace.
Sea swims and strolls
Fancy a swim in the Atlantic? Los Cristianos and Las Américas beaches are just 7km away and easily reached by bus or taxi. You can even walk between them along the promenade — about an hour of sea air and open views.
✨ There’s no right way to spend your afternoon — only what feels right for you that day.
It’s your time. Sea air, swims or strolls. Some women head for the beach. Some explore the shops.

The heart behind the retreat
Natalie Forrester
Yoga Teacher
Certified yoga teacher with over 400 hours of training completed in Ireland. Specialising in Ashtanga and Yin Yoga.
In her late 30s, Natalie was diagnosed with Primary Ovarian Insufficiency — entering peri-menopause before 40. That experience led her to study Yoga for the Stages of Menopause, so she could better support other women navigating similar changes.
She created Feel-Good Yoga Flow — an accessible, steady-paced class designed to build strength, improve flexibility and support balance — suitable for all levels.
László Orosz
Private Chef
Over 24 years of hospitality experience across Ireland, Tenerife, Croatia and Hungary. Formerly a chef in a Michelin Guide-approved restaurant in South Dublin, he later ran his own restaurant in Golf del Sur, Tenerife.
Trusted by Bord Bia to promote Irish beef in Hungary, he has also cooked for the Irish Ambassador and guests at the Ambassador's Residence in Budapest.
In 2025, Laz created Ladybug App — a nutrition app designed to support women through hormonal change. On retreat, he prepares fresh, nourishing meals using seasonal produce from land and sea.
More than a retreat.
It's connection, understanding, and genuine support.
"Our retreats aren't just about Feel-Good Yoga and restaurant-quality meals. Each day includes open, supportive conversations about the realities of peri- and post-menopause."
Final Private Room – Shared Bathroom
Last remaining place on the retreat
A private room for single occupancy only, with a shared bathroom. The room is set up with two single beds, giving you plenty of space to relax and settle in comfortably.
Real stories from past retreats
To be honest, I haven't been a big yoga person — I've dipped in and out all my life. This is the first time I've done yoga consistently and I found it very liberating. I noticed real improvements as the week went on, which helped me see genuine progress. Natalie supports you in every way possible, so don't be scared about coming. The hospitality was wonderful, the food fantastic, the people lovely — I can't recommend it enough.
This is my 3rd year back — so that says it all. An annual opportunity to reset, rest and reflect.
2024 was my first yoga retreat with Natalie & Chef Laz. I came wanting to find inner peace and to reset which I've definitely achieved. It was so wonderful to have restaurant quality food every day, my favourites were the prawn cheesecake (to start) and the Hungarian beef stew. The beautiful people made it just perfect.
I've enjoyed doing the early morning exercise (yoga), as a result I have not taken any pain relief since I've been here.
